if results are this good in DMD, i think they will be much better for BMD ...

I checked a little into this and it appears the new story is true and the boy did go for treatment to costa rica. Also it appears that in Costa rica they are allowed to do stem cell testing. How well it works is the question I emailed some contacts at MDA to see if they are checking into this since we are so behind here. I also posted the stories on face book on 3 muscular dystrophy pages to see if anyone would respond and there to busy sending gifts and jokes. It would fall on us and this site of people to email and ask questions and bring back updates. Well thats all I have for ya!

Somebody knows more about this now? Was the threatment successfull? Is Ryan all fine now, like a normal person? Wth! This really gets me on my nerves! If it did work, why isnt all with mds threatened with this?! There seem to be no additional info or anything about this!

the clinic where Ryan received his treatments have since been shut down & no longer in operation.
