Hey
I have found that Creatine is the most helpful thing for me. It alleviates some of my muscle soreness, reduces my fatigue, and allows me to feel stronger. I have had allergies to some of the brands that I've tried, so if you give it a try, be watchful and try another brand if you have problems.
