Hello Losing excess fat and lowering your weight will be very helpful. A lighter weight will help your muscles work easier and may help reduce soreness. Be careful not to lose muscle. Don't starve yourself to lose weight, since this will encourage your body to break down muscle (which is bad for you). Kevin

Sounds like a good idea, with more weight your muscles have to work extra hard. I'm 21 and smalled framed, weighing only 110 give or take. We have a gym in my hood' and I try to get on the treadmill every now and then but I fatigue pretty quickly.
