I've taken a look at the website and I'm happy that you've found something that you think is helpful. However, I don't think I'll be buying anything though.
As we learned a last year's conference, moderate exercise has been shown to be helpful and can help regain/maintain strength and endurance, but the true test of any 'treatment' is longer term prevention effects. Any standard stationary bicycle, swimming, etc can be used for exercise purposes to improve strength and endurance (to a point). I don't think that this particular 'treatment' offers anything miraculous and appears to be just an 'alternative' way to exercise, which has been shown to be a beneficial thing to do. |
