have just had a lovely holiday in the algarve but i think i overdid the walking, & boy am i paying for it now. my legs are painful, my right hip is painful but i did have a great time sharon

Hi Sharon, Glad you had a nice holiday, sorry to hear your paying for it with all that pain tho. I guess us carriers have to learn to pace ourselves along with our sons. Take care :)
