Hey
My doctor has suggested that I try Pilates. He mentions that it is very helpful to increase flexibility and also strengthens the core muscles of the body. He said not to expect to keep with the other members of the class (due to my muscle weakness), but several one on one sessions would be helpful to start and then to work at my own pace with the instructor.
Anyone try Pilates? What was your experience like? |
