Hi, I wasn't sure which chat room to post this in but I was just wondering if anybody out there has had any experience with orthotics. I am in the process of deciding whether to buy some AFOs which are braces that keep my foot from dropping when I walk. So far I'm not sure if I am better off with or without them. David, I have been wearing a spring loaded orthotic when i sleep for about a year. The company is called ultraflex, the doc that fitted me also has a web site www.mhmoandp.com i am in n.y. It has helped! good luck Richie
