Hey folks
I've heard of a few BMDrs using the cool new treadmills from alter-g http://www.alter-g.com/ They allow you to alleviate your body weight and walk as if you are lighter. It's a good way to keep your muscles worked out, even if you can't support your own weight. It seems that there are a few at YMCAs, so it's worth looking around to see if there is one available to you.
