Hey im 19 and live in Buffalo, NY, i was on prednizone for a period of 2 years and it has lead to my gaining approximately 50 pound, i am finally off of it now, it took about 4 months to go off of, i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lose weight with Beckers, i have been working out 2x a week for a few months now, but no results

I have been taking it for 5 years now, the first few year i was gaining alot of weight. After that i stop eating so much, ate mostly vegetables. lost like all the weight i put on me. now I eat normal again, im thin.

I want to quit prednisolon too, idk, i just feel better when i don't take it. Why did you quit taking it?
